Gibbs nodded theatrically "Indeed they would, he would also ended up court marshalled and possibly imprisoned for striking a superior officer." He looked him up and down. "So shall we kick you out? shall we call the cops and report you for assault and battery?" he asked the private.

Roran looked up and tried to meet Gibbs' eyes, "No Sir?" he questioned.

Con was having trouble staying still. He wanted so bad to just attack the boy.

Ethan had to sit down. He did a mix of a hop, walk, limp over to the corner and sat down in the chair facing Roran. "Private do you know how many years you could get in prison?"

Dunny could sense Con shifting besides him.

Roran focused on him "No Sir." He had a pretty good idea, but he wanted to hear what they would say.

Roran looked up shocked he had thought it was less than that.

Gibbs glared at the boy, "oh he hurt her pretty bad. you know occasionally, if they think that you might he a repeat offender they put you on death row." he was exaggerating slightly.

Roran realised he was sure he had heard something similar. He couldn't remember where. He could feel his eye's getting wide.

Gibbs spoke to the Lance Corporal "Are you going to press charges? I'm sure Beth will."

"Probably, he threatened me and then injured me. I am sure Beth's charges are going to do the must damage for him though since he broke a rib."
