Rhett shook his head "It is not so simple… when she dies or leaves me very early for my lifespan there is uh…" he tried to think of a proper way to explain it "A sort of bond that not all vampires have for this very reason… when she dies or leaves rejecting me it sort of… to put it simply it crushes part of you and changes who you are you are susceptible to turning feral because your heart and head are no longer working together to protect who you love" he said worried "Instinct says to protect and care for them but your head knows that they are gone…"

Jose looked at him “she’s not going to die, so you have time lots of time with her so calm down.” He said

Rhett sighed nodding "I know… but I am worried about her leaving more than anything… I am sorry I should not be bothering you with my own worries" he said and smile

Jose looked at him “she won’t leave you.” He said looking at him. “She cares deeply for you, she wouldn’t live with you if she didn’t love you.” He explained

Rhett sighed and nodded "I know she cares about me… I love her too" he mumbled

Jose looked at him “well then go be with her.” He said

Rhett looked up "You are welcome to return any time you wish" he said smiling softlyand left

Jose nodded “that’s sweet of you.” He said happily “I am going to visit my sister and then when I come back I got to get back to work.” He said

Rhett nodded and went back to Shiloh
