Insomnia Cure:
Tonic immobility. - A behavior which occurs in sharks when turned onto their backs in the water. Turning a shark onto its back causes the shark to go into an almost trance like state. This calms the shark greatly.

Laying, or being turned on your back is a good start to rest, though it's mostly a method used on agitated sharks, it calms more than just the apex predator of the deep. Typically for most species, laying on the back is a good cure for being agitated or uncomfortable. Most species lay on their backs as a show of calm, or as a way to sleep when they are completely convinced they are safe from harm. It's often the way that most domestic species show that they feel safe with their owners.

Lay backwards on a small pillow that fits in your owner's hand, preferably one that has a function to bed to the curve of your head, this will work to keep wings relatively safe, and get even smaller pillows to rest your arms. This lounging position is a good cure for insomnia, as it convinces your body that you are safe, and allows the body to rest. Being in your owner's hand will also help with this process, as you can know that you are safe, and that your owner will protect you with their life.
