the only criticisms I can think of would be to make the deer butt a little bit bigger since the torso looks a little disproportional in comparison, and maaybe some more detail in the water (like maybe just small drops and shines and stuff? idk)
your anatomy is really, really good, all I could recommend is continuing to work on more precise muscle grouping :>

Aaa I really love this piece (it's definitely better than anything I can do) but I think your angle is a little off at some bits??

For example the ear on the right looks really off, it's too big in size and just doesn't look like it's coming out from his head... It's coming out of his arm or sth
And the shower head should really be pointing a bit towards his back instead of being straight down according to the location to the water I think? I would suggest when drawing real objects that you likely have in your house to use the real objects as a model to figure out how they would appear a certain way, it's super easy to do and can really help in being accurate!
