Gat happily rubbed against him as his tail wagged, Jenna smiled and took his pizza and her own and put them in the fridge. "He really did miss you." she laughed as she watched.

"I would've missed him, he is a god dog." Laker grinned before petting Gat again after he rubbed himself against him. He kneeled down, smiling at him while he looked over at Jenna. "I keep forgetting i have work tomorrow." He let out an unsatisfied sigh before turning back to the dog next to him.

Gat happily leaned on him, "Ah, well I shouldn't keep you then, want me to walk you home?" she asked as she looked at him with a warm smile, "I am sure Gat would love to help."

Laker stood up, still looking down at Gat. "Sure, walking isn't a good thing to do alone." He joked, patting the dog's head. "It would be more enjoyable with Gat." He chuckled, placing his hands in his pockets.

Gat happily wagged his tail, Jenna smiled, she took a vest off the coat rack and put it on the dog, saying he was a service dog and not to touch. She clipped on his leash and headed out with Laker and smiled, "Lead the way." she said warmly.

Laker watched as she placed the vest onto Gat. He soon led her on the way to his apartment. He looked down at his feet as they walked, looking back up as they treaded forward, making sure nothing were to happen. His gaze wandered over to a person walking along the sidewalk on the other side of them. He shook his head so he wouldnt get distracted from their walking.

Gat whined a little from where he walked beside Jenna, he looked up at Laker and nuzzled his hand. "Laker, are you okay?" she asked him worriedly, something seemed wrong, he was so focused on his walking. She stopped and Gat sat beside her, looking at her as she looked at Laker.

Laker looked back, confused on why Jenna had stopped. He stopped as well, turning around. "Hm? No I'm fine." He answered, rubbing the back of his neck. He didn't know why Jenna was so worried about him, as they were only walking. His gaze flickered from Jenna to Gat, still confused.

Jenna looked at him and nodded, "You just seemed very.. focused, on walking." she said as she returned to heading back to his place. Gat remained attentive to Jenna now that she seemed to be less worried about Laker. After she finally left the military, she had retrained the canine, with help from a company that helped vetrans, train Gat to be a PTSD service dog, and he exelled at it, since he was already so in tune with her.

Laker nodded. He turned back as they returned to their walking, looking over at Jenna innocently. He had a small yawn escape his mouth, covering his face slightly. He looked forward, waiting to see if a conversation sparked or not, even though he was partially better with silence.
