9. There is a way to make an antagonistic character likeable and interesting, and that's NOT what they did. I was hoping he'd get character development and we could see more sides to him than just a jerk. But as the series went on, we never got to see any character development from him at all. He was a jerk because he just wanted to be. And being "misunderstood" is no way to excuse his actions. He was just a shallow mean cat who went too far.

i really tried in the series to like him and not hate him. but he had no right to any of his actions. crowfeather wasn't a good parent, that's for sure, but trying to kill multiple cats and siding with cat hell because of that??? like, some people said he got tricked in or whatever but he dang knew about the dark forest's clan and sided against his clan because he didn't like his father. he was a shallow mean character, he could have had a lot of potential but instead was a little brat when things didn't go his way. that's that.
