Minom stopped playing for a short moment and sighed. ''Me too'' He smiled , and continued to play.

Rarn started to hum the tune along with him.

Just then a messenger came into the library, looking worried, and beaten. Rarn turned to him. ''What happened to you?!''


The wolf looked very worried. ''Rose may want to hear this one, sir.....''

Jakan was about to tell Rose, too, about his writing, but a servant came.


''I'm sorry miss, but we need you at the council room, urgently''

''Alright, alright, I'm coming'' Rose sighed, then nudged Jakan. ''You can tell me later, I'll be back in a while'' Jakan nodded slowly, and watched his mother pad off.

Rose went into the room, and Rarn looked at her worriedly. ''Now, what is it that is 'so' important?'' she asked once she sat down on the floor next to him.

Rarn nodded to the messenger to tell them.

''I-its Fang...''

''What about him?''

''He has officially declared war on us, and said for the battle to be held in a few days...''

''A few days?!'' Rarn almost yelled. ''How the dung will we get an army up in that time?!''

''We wont'' Rose said.

''Than what do we do?!'' Rarn said, looking at her.

Rose nearly pinned him down but held herself back. ''We pray''
