Kay, First, No, I dont think so. That was Voldemort in him, not himself, so when he killed of the Voldemort inside of him, his ability to talk to snakes went with it. Well, thats what I think.

Second, Beater, end of story, no doubt about it! But there is the slight chance he cant play, because the broom would never keep him up!

Third, We'd all be dead, the wizarding world, and Muggle world. So you know what? Narcissa was the one who saves all our butts, isnt she? Potter just died.

Forth, Probably, because he's a nice guy like that. But James will end up with his invisibility cloak, seeing as he's the oldest son. I dont know who'll get the map though. Maybe Albus.

And fifth, Probably because it wasnt broken, just cracked. I know, it was split in two, but I think the magic in it still worked, just not as a Horcrux. It was still the resurrection stone, but now there are two little ones! Able to bring back the departed souls you wish. Its like a friend ship necklace! Keep one, give one to your friend!
