Once he reached the door to the cabin, Rhett pushed it open, ans glanced around. He had to admit, it was a very nice cabin, and almost calmed him. Almost. He heard muffled voices of a couple of other people talking in another room. Shaking his head slightly, he went to check out the empty rooms. It was an easy decision for him - he took the other room that had space for his art supplies. It was almost too perfect.
Rhett started to unpack, some of his frustration alleviating a bit. It was going to take some time to settle, but he was, secretly, looking forward to it. He soon finished unpacking, and setting up his art space, which he was quite pleased with himself about. Then, Rhett sat down in front of an easel, which had a canvas set up on it, and a tin of sketching pencils and erasers.

Pleased that the guy, Harvey, was obviously friendly and energetic to meet her, Amara smiled brightly again. "Good to meet you, Harvey! Have you been here for long?" she asked, for she did not see him on the bus earlier, and had noticed that he looked like he had settled in already.
Before anything else could really happen, though, she was pushed by another guy, who had been rushing for a bin. "Oh!" Amara exclaimed, stumbling to one side. However she wasn't too annoyed - especially as she saw the guy leaning over the trash can. Raising an eyebrow, Amara glanced towards Harvey to give him a confused look, before looking back at the other guy.
"Er... are you okay?" Amara asked.

His face reddened as he glanced at the girl. He found her rather attractive, and probobly just ruined his chance of being friends with her. "Uh... I'm fine I just get carsick.."

Gia was confused of why the girl instantly covered her eye, but she rather not question it, because Gia always hate when people say, "if you have glasses, why can't you see better?" Like they know how being almost legally blind is. So she left it. Gia adjusted her glasses and gave a smile. "You look very pretty." She said, being her awkward self, not knowing how to start a good conversation. A boy walked in, and Gia observed him to see what room he would pick based off his hobbies and such. He walked into the other art room, and Gia squealed with excitement.
"HE'S AN ARTIST!" She said, releved that anyone shared a common interest. She realized carol was still standing there, and suddenly things just got really weird...

When Gia said that she looked pretty, Carol blushed slightly. No girl had ever said she was pretty before, normally it was only boys, whom she rarely ever care about. “Th- Thanks” she says, in response, paying no mind to the male who walked past to find a room. Gia seemed to care, though, and almost instantly Carol had to concer her years when the other female yelled about him being an artist. “Perhaps he doesn’t want a large closet” she points out “Normally it’s the girls who prefer to have lots of space to store clothes and stuff. He didn’t seem to have that much stuff, so therefor he wouldn’t need as much space” her tone took on a hint of bitterness at this. Gia would probably just compliment everyone she met and pay no mind to others around her. And then, with that, Carol turns and walks back towards her room. This friendship would be put on hold if Gia cared more about someone who does art.

He was asked about how long he had been here, and then Harvey thought about it. “Yes...” he finally answers “... I’ve been here for a year or so now, I think. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go while I’ve been here” that was true. He rarely got to keep any friends around for longer than a year, as they normally left when they got too old or found something they wanted to do outside the camp. When Amara got knocked over, a brief flash of concern showed on his face before it turned back to a smile. No negative emotions, he told himself, though he did walk over to see if Amara was OK. “Did you get hurt?” he asks her, no concern showing, but it was there. He then looks up at the boy “You might get travel sick, but at least look where you are going! You could have seriously hurt someone!”

"Wait!" Gia said, fearing she upset carol. That's one of Gia's worst fears. Upsetting someone. "I'm sorry! For... Whatever I did. I usually like to greet everyone but we were in a conversation, and I was being rude. I'm sorry."

Gia said, staring at the blurry body figure of carol. Gia can't see very well unless she is close to the thing she wants to see. Even with her glasses, Gia is almost completely blind. Without them, life is a blurr. She wondered if carol noticed the grey in Gia's eyes showing she's basically blind. But when she saw carols face, it was true. Carol was quite pretty, despite her covering half her face.

"I-I'm so sorry!" Ethan's voice quivered, his face felt hot, and he felt years coming in. If he wanted a good rep here, he might as well throw it away. Oh wait, he doesn't have to because its already gone.

"I'm so so so sorry!" He repeated, trying not to cry. "I'm so sorry" he said it again as he turned around and sprinted behind his cabin, the meadow cabin. Then and there he let his tears fall out all at once.
WHAT HAVE I DONE? I can't believe myself! I could have warned her... I couldn't see I'm so stupid! I'm so blind!


He remembered a girl on the bus, she was decked out in universe clothing. Gia was it? She was really blind. She sat alone. She was drawing in a sketch book, and it was so detailed. A dragon.

Ethan thought, the blind girl avoided hitting someone, why can't I?

Considering that she hadn't been very quiet, Rhett heard obe of the girls exclaiming that he was an artist as well. Well, he hadn't been expecting to be the only one, of course, but he did find it quite odd that it was something to be shouted about. He much preferred to keep his interests under wraps. No matter, though. He decided that he'd introduce himself later, because for now, he wanted to work on getting started with a new piece.
Picking out a sketching pencil, Rhett leaned forward slightly toward the canvas he had set up, and started lightly sketching out the outline of a duck sitting on water, with a couple of fish around it. It was mostly calming, serene drawings and sketches like that that helped him the most to calm down and relax, but he wasn't opposed to doing something more adventurous and interesting.

"Ahh, I see..." Amara said, her voice trailing off for a moment, while Harvey spoke, so she turned her attention back towards him. "A year? I wonder if I'll end up staying that long..."
She shook her head slightly. "No, I'm fine. Just a bit surprised!" Amara made light of the situation - after all, she hadn't been hurt, and it had been quite clear the other guy had needed to get to the trash can. Admittedly, though, it would have been nice to have gotten a warning of some kind.
What surprised her, though, was the other guy's reaction. He seemed very upset over it all, and she grew quite concerned as he apologised a few times over. "It's okay, man, just one apology..." Amara trailed off, since the guy already ran off toward the cabins. She glanced at Harvey, and shrugged slightly, "I should probably get to my cabin... which one is Meadow Cabin?"

Alisha stepped quickly off the bus, and observed her surroundings. it’s quite a Beautiful place.. she spotted a group of people and approached them. Sorry if I’m intruding... but I was wondering if anybody knows where the meadow cabin is? I’m Alisha Evans by the way, pleased to meet you she smiled a nervous smile, feeling slightly uncomfortable with these complete strangers.

Gia/river cabin/ tags- carol

"Well, I think I'm going to decorate my room a bit. Make it feel like home you know?" Gia said to carol, and went into Gia's room. She took out a jam packed suitcase full of teal accents; a poofy sparkley rug, a teal comforter, teal pillow cases, a teal pencil case, and last but not least, a big teal plastic anchor wall ornament.

She set up everything, then instantly went to work on a painting she'd been working on. It's a grand piano, nobody playing it. The piano's back fades off into music notes. Piano is one thing that. Always made Gia happy. It took a long time to get it right (due to being legally blind) but she did it.

Carol glances back at Gia, to acknowledge her apology, and stands there for a few seconds before heading into her room, closing the door gently and sorting her things out. Not many people here seemed to need glasses, or have eyesight problems, and Gia was the first one she had seen. And they weren’t even friends yet. Carol sighs, and places her glasses on a desk, not really needing them too often as she was just long sighted. Gia was apparently decorating her room, so Carol decided to make her own room look a little bit nicer.

When Ethan started crying and ran off, Harvey bit his lip, looking slightly uncomfortable at this. He hadn’t been angry, or yelled, and now someone was crying. And he couldn’t go after him because he had to stay positive or else he’d not do anything for ages. Luckily, he was distracted, for Amara asked where the Meadow Cabin was. That was the one he was in! “Ah, yes, I know where the Meadow Cabin is!” he says, perking up again, glad to have this distraction. Before they had a chance to set off, another person walked over to them, introducing herself as Alisha. “It’s OK!” Harvey tells her “I’m Harvey, I was just going to show Amara, here, where the Meadow Cabin is as well. You might as well join us, if that’s also where you need to be”
