Mark grinned when he saw how happy his friend was so happy, he had never seen him happy like this. He kept behind them, he didn't realize how fast Laker actually was, but it was good to know. Jenna laughed as she watched, "Watch where you run silly!' she called as she followed after them.

Laker beamed with happiness as he ran, looking back to Jenna with a soft smile. He looked at Mark, sticking his tongue out childishly. He jumped to the side, hiding behind a tree and waiting for Jenna run passed before he jumped out and ran beside her. "Hi." He said in the awkward way he did at the restaurant.

Jenna was curious when he vanished from the path, but elbowed him sharply, not jokingly, when he jumped out beside her, but stopped herself from doing anymore, "I am so sorry." she said quickly, "Hey, um sorry, I don't do good with surprises." she said as she looked at him worriedly.

Laker laughed when she elbowed him. "Nah, I should be sorry." He smiled, "And I'm used to being elbowed." He added while looking over at Mark. "I forgot, sorry." He said nervously, hoping he didn't do anything too wrong. He brushed off the side of his clothes anxiously

Jenna's breathing was a little faster then before, she shook her head, "No, no, it's okay, of course you don't remember." she said as she exhaled shakily. "I just, no surprises like that." she said as she slowed down to try and calm her breathing as well as her racing heart.

Laker slowed down as well, worried for her. "Are you okay?" He asked anxiously, looking at her. He took a sudden stop as he almost ran into a tree that he didn't see as he was moving to the side. "Darn tree." He scoffed, staring at the tree.

Jenna stopped with him and nodded a little, "Yeah, just a little unsteady and need to ground myself." she said softly as she gave him a wane smile before she closed her eyes and began to breathe like she had been showing him how to.

Laker sat down besides the tree, looking up at her. "I apologize again." He nodded his head again. He glared over at Mark who seemed to be still running. He sighed, standing up again and standing next to her, watching as she breathed like before.

Mark caught up, "You guys okay?" he asked, a little out of breath, he wasn't as used to running as much as they were. Jenna nodded, "I am fine." she said as she looked over at him, she looked at Laker, "Really, I am fine now." she reassured him, "That wasn't anything, down't worry."

Laker nodded, glad that she actually was okay. He took out his phone, checking the time. "Hey, Jenna, are we still going to Mark's Pizzeria later?" He asked her, putting his phone back in his pocket and looking up as his friend came over. "Yeah." He said to Mark, "You out of breath?" He teased.
