octavian, the devious little troublemaker. tav is a stoic, sophisticated, well-mannered male who is rather unpredictable, always wearing a mask to hide his feelings. unless he's furious. then he can't really hide it while he tears someone apart. he is protective of those he cares for, seeing as he's never had many close to him to start with. surprising enough, it can take him a mere moment to throw down his act and snap within any given time. he's pretty much a ticking time bomb. octavian is normally found listening in on most conversations and often picks out weak points for different scientists in case they somehow cross him, which he finds often comes in handy for those who abuse the subjects. tav is also extremely mischievous and loves getting into trouble, often pulling pranks that can be seriously fatal to the scientists who piss him off.
