The wolves of the Sangota Tribe are unlike any other.
Unlike other wolf packs, this pack has lived on the
same land for centuries. Their land is always fertile
and flourishing, their prey is always plentiful, and the
sun and rain are always there when the land needs it.
This is all thanks to the gods whom look over this land
for the Sangota Tribe, and in return, the tribe dedicate
their life to worshiping and honouring them. They have
festivals and rituals dedicated to each and every deity.

However, in recent years the wolves have began to take
everything they have for granted. Some have even lost
their faith in the gods and their ancestors. They do not
treat the gods with the same respect as before, but the
gods will not allow this to happen without consequences.

Now, the Sangota Tribe live in the very definition of
hell. The gods have turned against them and now
are punishing the tribe for their betrayal. Each god
has put forward their own punishment; including eter-
nal darkness, no prey, infertility, and walking dead.

However, the gods are willing to return back to the
tribe, but it will take a lot to convince. Each god has
chosen them self a prophet from the pack, to whom
they will communicate their demands which must be
met before they will lift their individual curse. Only
the prophet can communicate with the diety, no other
wolf can see or hear them.

But how does the tribe know that this is not a trick? Are
the gods really returning or is this some sort of trick? How
do we know if we should trust these prophets? There is
no proof that they were actually contacted by the gods,
so how can we be sure?

you may play as many pack wolves as you like, just make sure you can handle them all. However, you
may only play one deity as the spots are limited! The prophet is decided by the person who plays the
deity, however if you already have a prophet character, you may not have another.
➳ wolves must be realistic. deities do not.
while this is not a very realistic roleplay, the wolves are still regular wolves. please use photographs of
real wolves as references. however I will allow wolves to have certain 'tribal' accessories (tooth necklaces,
feathers, skulls etc). deities, on the other hand, may look however you wish. they can have wings, horns,
etc. they must still resemble a wolf however. also, deities may have whatever powers and abilities that you
want as long as they are not too overpowered.

Flourish: During Flourish, wolves celebrate
creation. In the first half of the
month they perform a ritual called
"creation ritual", where the whole
pack goes on a hunt and kills the
most impressive buck as an act of
respect to both the god of creation
and the god of hunting.
The second half of the month is known
as the "Love Festival", during which
wolves are paired by the god of love.
The new mates howl at the moon and
sun the following day as an act of res
pect to the god of day and night.

Decay: Wolves respect the cycle of
life and the importance of nature.
A short festival is held, aimed
towards pups, where they are
taught about the importance of
death in nature. It is also a time
to remember all of the wolves who
have died in the past. At the end of
the season, wolves get together to
perform the "Death Ritual". All wolves
are painted with buck blood and
sacrifice animals. The carcasses are
then burned in a bonfire.

Frost: During this season, wolves worship
the gods who will help them survive
the harsh winter. During frosty nights
the pack howl to the moon until their
howls no longer become visible, it is
a sign that gods are working together
to control the coldness and snow. To
further appeal to the gods, wolves
perform the "Frost Festival", which
involves them travelling to nearby
underwater caves and spending the
night there while playing harmless
games, sharing, and showing good
a good pack atmosphere.

the leaders of the pack ensure that every
thing runs smoothly. they are a mated pair
and make decisions together. the second in
command takes care of the pack while the
leaders are not available and also train the
heir. the decendants are the leaders' offspring,
one of which (the heir) was chosen by the
leaders to take over the leader rank in the future.
The shaman is a highly spiritual wolf who leads
all the religious ceremonies, rituals, and festivals.

trainees who desire to become the rank in
which they lead in, and make the decision if
they are able for it. They are most skilled in
the pack and this position is highly competitive.

the hunters of the pack make sure that the
pack always has food readily available. theyre
role is very important and many wolves depend
on them for a meal. the patrols secure the packs
border and hunts out any trespassers, who are
to be chased off the territory or brought to the
leader so their fate can be decided. the guards
protect the pack members and their territory
from any threats. they are the physically
strongest members of the pack. the healers
are skilled in medicine and take care of the
pack's well-being and health.
