How many rares of the same year = a very rare of that year?

Most people would say two, but this doesn't apply if the very rare is a store pet/list pet (assuming all of the pets are true dates)

same year: 4 ucs = rare
Year before: 2 ucs = rare
2 years before: 1 uncommon = 1 rare
So it's 2 years before the rare was released (:
