I think that this also might be Burrs because the line art and coloring looks different from the other artists. Not to mention the legs looked scratched up so maybe thats why it’s not into exploring.
I could also see this being alphas since it’s so different and they haven’t done one before

I wasn't the only one who thought of a Nekomata. The only thing is the symbol, 火, I believe is Chinese, not Japanese. The Japanese word for fire has the same symbol, but the symbol isn't alone and is accompanied by 災, unless it's used in a sentence. 火 is Chinese unless used as a sentence in Japanese about fire.
