"I really don't think your mom would ever let you go to the barn alone. "I may not be happy with you but you are still my daughter and I love you and don't want you to leave." He said to her. He sighed when she left. He had no idea what to do about her bad behavior.

Sofia came back down the stairs and hugged him, “Papa, Can I tell you something?” She asked him softly and frowned. She had kept something to herself.

Matthew hugged her back. "What is it?" He asked her.

“Bad girl hit me and made me sad. At daycare my old friend is bad. She made me do bad things at daycare.” She whispered in his ear.

"Is that why you have been bad here too?" He asked her keeping his arms around her.

“Yes. I don’t like being bad but I’m so used to it...” she whispered and started to cry.

He held her and rubbed her back. "Well, I will make sure you do not go back to the same class as her. Just try to go back to being yourself and not being so hard to handle." He said holding her.

“What time is it?” She asked him and stood up. “I love you Papa.”

"It is 5 PM." He said to her. He sighed. "Want to watch some TV?" He asked her.

“Yes papa.” She sat on his lap and smiled. “What show?” She asked.
