The gap between your Blue Toxic and the next tier up is about a Balloon Dog (is this what you meant?).

I would say they're overpaying. The Grown White Scarf Dog is worth 3-4 '09 rares, and I don't think your items add up to that considering the year they came out (and valuing them at an uncommon each):

Thanks again! Looking at what they can offer, what would adding the UR Dog do for the trade? It’s a tier above the green toxic technically, but I don’t know what it’s with demand wise. What would I have to add to make it even, or would value wise it be close enough to even to not make it necessary? A small overpay / underpay is okay, so long as it’s not a significant difference.

If they added the UR Dog they'd be overpaying by about a Speckled Rat / 18 Mid Advents. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of what the UR Dog goes for at the moment. :\

It's up to you whether you want to take it or not. Technically the Cheshire is only worth an '09 rare or two. Their side is worth just about a Red Dragon / 2 Mid Advents (valuing the zodiac at an '09 rare), which is a Low September List. (:

Their pets might be easy to trade off since they're mostly sitting cats, and sitting cats tend to have some demand to them, but that really depends on who you trade / who's looking for them, and so on.
