Unfair to the Foxen set.
Foxen Set = Halloween 2013 = 1 2013 Uncommon each
1 2013 Uncommon = 3-4 C$

The C$ side would have to add roughly 4 C$ more to make it fair.

*This is solely based on rarity and has not taken into account any demand the items may have

Valuing rare at four uncommons from the same year:
rare '12 = 4 uncommons '12 = 2 uncommons '11 = uncommon '10
so their uncommon '11 + 2 commons '11 would be fair.

May I have personal opinions on whether or not you would accept this trade? I value the eat me/drink me at 3 nons.

If you value the set at 3 nons then it wouldn't be fair for you because I believe the Red cerb (Demand wise) is worth 2 nons, depends how you value the pets, but I value the eat me and drink me at 2 nons (demand wise) but the extras don't make up 3 nons

Is this fair?

They're overpaying with their toxic bun alone going just by rarity.
The toxic bun is worth 6-7 '09 rares + a '09 uncommon.
Your side is worth 4 '09 rares. (I'm not considering demand.)
Even when valuing the zodiacs at a '09 rare each, they're still overpaying.
I believe their side is roughly worth a low September list. Yours is worth roughly a mid-advent.
Demand wise, it's up to you if you'd like to take it.

The joker goes for 1-1.5 nons. The aussie tends to go for only 1 non.
If you value both lists at 1 non, it's fair.
If you value the joker at 1.5 nons, it's unfair to you as their zodiac dogs don't cover the gap.
