Unfair to them.
The set on your side is from the space event of 2016. I would value it at a 2016 uncommon, meaning thy are overpaying by quite a bit.

I would say it’s unfair to them.
The store pet on their side is worth a mid 2010 rare. The oldest item on your side is the deer from 2011. (Technically the wig is older but it can still be bought in the store). I would value it at a 2011 uncommon. The other items, which I would also value at an uncommon from their year of release, I believe the other items are from 2013 and 2014, wouldn’t make up the value of a 2010 rare.
Even if you value the deer at a 2011 rare instead, the other items still wouldn’t cover the missing value of the store pet.
