How often do you cuss?

I've only swore 3 times. Twice at my math work, once in the middle of a panic attack. However, I have a temper, so I make up substitutes for cusses (son of a biscuit, bullshark/bolshevik, nutterfluffer). People try and rile me up just to hear the subs. They also keep note of what subs I use

I swear like a sailor, but I'm gonna use this to help me curb my bad habit. I only swear when I get mad, and if saying Bolshevik instead of... Yeah- it could help me curb it by laughing or saying it in a semi polite term. Thanks for the help! <3

Speaking of cussing, I sometimes have to remind myself that this is a kids site, that's how bad my habit is rip
