Thanks to who helped with my last trade ^^
but is this fair demand-wise? i know its not rarity wise, would i be able to get better for my zebra, or their pets?

You could definitely get more for your zebra.
Their side adds up to around a low mainlist. Even though the zebras aren’t sought after as much, you can still easily get above gap for them, as you should since they are very valuable.

this trade is unfair to the person trading you as your space items are from around 2016 while some of theirs are earlier, and they're trading the set of 2012 owls.

What should I add to my side/remove from their side?
And how about this? It's probably unfair, but what should I add?

Two nons is still reasonable.
Cop tails tend to go for fair trades, their list placement, which is two nons.

it's a bid in my auction i'm thinking i'll accept. how hard are grinners to trade away?

this is another bid for a different pet i really like but i am wondering if it will be harder to trade away the rat for a red cerb even if it's higher than a cake dog because rats have poor demand

Grinners aren't hard to trade off in my opinion. I think its a great Bid! I would take it.

As for the second one.. I wouldn't take it personally. The ice rat was very difficult to trade off for me. I got it for my teir 10 advent list pet. It's not worth it. You could for sure get better bids. I hope I helped c:
