I would say it’s just barely fair, an 09 rare for the store pet and 5 09 rares worth for the nick cake dog.
If you value any of the pets on either side differently than their rarity worth, that is between you and your trading partner to decide.

I think they are overpaying! If that is what they/you want then that’s fine, but if that isn’t what you are both going for, I’d add something to make it more fair!

The 2013 store pet side is overpaying as their pet is worth an early '09 rare.
Your store pet is worth a late '09 rare.

Very unfair to you.
The store pet is worth a late 2010 rare, and the other pets on their side don’t make up the gap between it and your draft horse.
