Ok have u guys read the warriors series? Bloodclan? Like they have no ranks but there is sort of a "Leader" and a "deputy"? I think it should be like that. Its not official they're leader, but they just lead.

Also for the leader maybe it could be something kinda ironic. Like a chihuahua or something.
