Rarity wise, it's unfair to the UR Flower. The UR Flower is worth 2 Sorbets + Green Toxic, and the GWJ is worth 2 Sorbets + UR Apple. I'm not sure of the demand of either of the pets, but demand is really up to you and your partner, and how you both personally value them. (:

The gap between your corgi and their late 09 rare is just an 09 uncommon or two. The 2011 rare is worth an 09 uncommon and the 2010 rare is worth 2 more 09 uncommons so they're overpaying
Demand is just up to you if you're happy with this or not

Your pet is worth 3-4 '09 rares. The other side was worth 1' 09 rare + a '10 rare + small add.

I believe the august pps tends to go for a low-mid advent.
You are overpaying as you have a scarf pps + add on your side. The heart bun would've been fair on its own considering demand.
However, if you value the august pps higher than most do, it could be considered fair.
I personally wouldn't pay more than a mid advent for one, but it's up to you.

That’s actually slight overpay on their side, as that cake dog goes for (I believe) 5-6 09 rares. However, horses don’t have the best demand.

The first and the fifth ones are the most fair and are fine from a rarity point of view, but idk I’d take them because C$ is hard to trade off into lists and the Apple rares goes for its full value.

The third one also could be fair (not 100% sure), but I wouldn’t take it as you can usually get 09 rares for way less newer rares.
