@zebrachu; not meaning to come across as rude, but I think Pidge's "long hair" is actually a furry cape? It doesn't seem to appear the same colour as her hair, and it would fit the outfit she's wearing.

but i was basing it off of a tweet by the you know i had to do it to em guy (someone dared him to tweet it) and he spelled it cannon for some bizarre reason
