Your re-released sitting cat is a late '09 rare.
2009 rares are worth 2 '10 rares. Their side only has one, and the '13 rare doesn't cover the gap.
The added pets on your side make it more unfair to you.

I am horrible when it comes to knowing if things are fair or not, and I just received this trade. It looks fair to me, but I want to make sure before accepting.

This is very unfair, considering that there are no lists, or very rares. And the quantity of rares is low. Also, yours is a ur which is more valuable than a regular very rare.
