Varian is right, demand is set with the people trading and the 09 staff pets have good demand, it was unfair to you rarity wise but in the end they liked their pet more

The 2012 August PPS can fetch September lists (I've been offered Septembers and random rares for mine) while the July Lioness can possibly fetch Low Advents. The August PPS has more demand than the July Lioness.
