Callias set the note down and went back to bed.

Ilaria smiled and kissed him. She continued to comb through his hair, feeling how soft it was.

(Oh sorry. Thought I wrote that. It basically says that Lukas wants to have the dinner tomorrow night and plans on leaving as soon as he gets better and he is not coming back)
Lily
Lily looked at him and wrapped her arms around him. "Are you okay?" She asked him. She kissed his cheek.

Lukas
Lukas was so happy here with her. He watched her as she got all the tangles out and kept messing with his hair. He loved her.

Callias shrugged. "Just my brother," he said, frowning. "He wants to have the dinner tomorrow night and he's going to be leaving as soon as he gets better." He was frowning, unhappy with it.

Ilaria

Ilaria smiled at him and gave him a quick kiss. She continued to comb through his hair, smiling.

Lily
Lily sighed and looked at him. "I'm sorry Callias. Maybe you could convince him to stay a while longer." She said. She went over and grabbed another note that was slid under the door. It was from the king. She walked over and handed it to him. "Is this how your family usually communicates?" She asked him. His father wanted him to go talk some sense into his brother to get him to stay.

Lukas
Lukas sighed happily as he relaxed with her. He liked this a lot. He kissed her back. He sighed happily as he thought about where their adventures would take them.

"Maybe," he sighed. He scowled when he got another note, this time from the King. "Apparently," he said, taking the note. He read it and then ripped it in two, throwing the pieces into the air in frustration. "Lukas is going to do whatever makes him happy. I can't convince him otherwise."

Ilaria

Ilaria closed her eyes and fell asleep, feeling safe in his arms. She smiled in her sleep, cuddling with him.

Lily
Lily sighed and hugged him. "I'm sorry you are having sich a hard time with your family. Is there anything that I can do to help you out?" She asked. She was worried about him. She knew he was stressed. Lily took his hand gently.

Lukas
Lukas got excited from thinking about all the fun they would have. He pulled out a book and read but able to sleep. He was having trouble focusing.

Callias shook his head. "No, I do not think so," he said sighing. "But it is sweet of you to offer." He held her hand and kissed the top of it.

Ilaria

Ilaria murmured softly in her sleep, snuggling against him.

Lily smiled at him. She kissed his cheek. "Let me know how I can help though if you think of something. I want to help you in any way that I can." She said and kissed him happily.

Lukas
Lukas stayed where he was and sighed. He just wanted his family to care about him and not treat him like he was just another mouth to feed but he could not figure out how to do that. He sighed and looked around the room.

Callias wrapped his arms around her and held her close. He kissed her back, running a hand through her hair.

Lily smiled at him staying close. She loved him. She put her head on his chest and sighed.
