Actually the BA can go for Nons, I just checked on the "How Much is This Pet Worth?" thread. However, it just depends on how much someone is willing to pay. You could probably find a lot of users who only value the BA at 1-2 sorbets. But even valuing the BA at a non you would still be overpaying for it since there are more pets on your side than just the non.

I disagree, I have never seen a ba go for a non.
If this particular user wants to overpay, and in this case they would beboverpaying by a lot, they are obviously free to do so, but it does not mean the ba is worth a non.
In general, it is accepted that the ba’s demand allows it to go for a sorbet.

I somewhat disagree with this. I've seen true date BAs go for a non. (I've seen one go for an eat me as well.)
I haven't seen any non-true date BAs go for a non though.
