I'm kinda bad at knowing rarities/values of pets other than same year and rarity. So I would like some help for this trade that I received:

I'm hesitant about accepting it as while the pet is on my wishlist, the pet they want is part of a group to help me pay for a Shima Longtail. So overall, I want to know if this is actually even fair to me before considering. ^^;

Their pet is from September of ‘09. It’s fair.

A second opinion here, the donkey has a higher demand than the rat so that should be considered as well as the dates in which they were released. Many people will over-trade for the donkey.

Is this trade fair? Demand and rarity wise?

The value of your side is roughly worth over 40 '09 rares.
Technically, the Red X PPS on their side alone is overpay, being worth around 10 mid advents (or, 70 '09 rares).

I'm unsure about demandwise - but considering they're offering the Purple Sleipnir - which is pretty good, considering its recent demand boom, and overpaying in such a massive way technically (considering they're offering two main lists and a bunch of other lists), I'd say it's worth it/outweighs or pays the demand value of the August PPS/July Lioness. ^^

Rarity wise, they're overpaying with just the skeleton pps.
The skeleton pps is one tier higher than the blue dragon pps.
Demand wise, it's up to you.
The blue dragon pps can fetch up to a sorbet, so I'd personally wait for a better offer.
(I've personally owned a blue dragon pps. It was quite easy to get an offer of a sorbet.)

Your pet is a September list while their pet is a main list AND above gap. While I've seen the Brown Sleipner go for more than what it's worth, I've never seen it go for this much. They are overpaying. You might wanna get a second opinion though.
