The PPS Dragon Cat is worth a mid '09 rare, but goes for a low-mid advent demand wise. I honestly think just the Snowflake Scarf Dog would be fine for it, but it really depends on who you trade, and how they personally value the PPS Dragon Cat. (:

Strictly rarity wise I'd say that's pretty fair if you value the ur fox at its average value (1.5 nons)
Demand wise is up to you since I don't know where you value each pet ^^

Unfair to you.
The uncommon rats and deer on either side can swap fairly.
That means that the other dogs on their side would have to cover the gap between your rare 2015 deer and their rare 2017 deer, which they do not.
