erin nodded as he was told the decision. his look was sadden as he sat down in his chair. "jury has reached a verdict. both defendants were found guilty of the crime committed. the defendant aren has been sentenced to be exiled to the forgotten desert, and the other defendant cecilia will be given a hefty fine of five hundred silver pieces before exile in the morning. each punishment will start tomorrow morning."

aren jumped up from her seat and shouted, "i'm innocent. you have no right to exile me!"

cecilia opened her mouth to protest aren's shouts of complaints but failed to find the right words. she looked onwards like she just wanted this to be over.

"why aren't you doing anything? aren't you mad about this?" aren questioned cecilia. as guards approached, aren just started to tell at them, "can't you see that i'm innocent!" the guards lead her away and all of those in the courtroom let out a sigh of relief. cecilia accepted her fate as she was left the courtroom. "wel, this case was closed and each sentence is being carried out," erin concluded this case.

the two lawyers seemed to be agreeing together about what happened and sharkbait said that she was glad to not see seen again. nabirye and boris walk out of the courtroom with heads high and not a sorrow in their eyes. the courtroom was empty, time to go home.

"i'm sorry but you're wrong," cecilia replied to aren's complaints. aren was take out of the courtroom and fought back before that heavy door slammed shut. the courtroom was an uneasy silence that fell upon you in a heavy manner. everyone went out of the courtroom. it seemed to be an ending to have scarred some.

erin shrugged and pointed to you and the jury before replying, "they decided it based off of the evidence." murmurs about it abruptly started and continued on out of the courtroom. no one was happy about it besides aren.
