Echostar looked around at the gathered cats, feeling a flare of panic when she didn't see Violetblaze with them. How could she do this without her? She cleared her throat, and then began. "I gathered you here to tell you the truth." She got straight to the point, and paused before continuing. "What Sparkfoot was telling you is true. Me and Violetblaze..." She wasn't sure how to put this. "...are together. Now, you can either accept that and continue to live here, or leave. It's your choice, and I won't stop you if you want to leave, but make your decision now."

Violetblazethought she would appoint a new deputy and she was shocked to know that that was not what had happened Violetblaze was shocked when only a few cats departed and most of them were elders, she knew some although against it had stayed and were going to hassle them, she could hear waves of whispers from the brambles.

Echostar felt relieved when only a few cats left. "Also, we need a new deputy. Honeyfoot, if you're willing, I'd like to become the new deputy." She looked at Honeyfoot, hoping that she'd agree to become the new deputy.

Violetblaze walked out from behind the brambles and saw honeyfoot nod slowly. Violetblaze ignored the meeting and padded to her den laying down, she didn't know how to feel, for some reason she was overcome with sadness. She sat in her nest hoping no other cat saw her walk from the brambles past the meeting and into her den.

Echostar made Honeyfoot the new deputy and concluded the meeting. She made seen Violetblaze enter the medicine cat den, so she crossed the clearing and slipped inside. "Violetblaze?" she called out softly.

She murmured keeping her head down, she saw Hollygaze walk into the den but immediately walk back out and go get some prey.

Echostar slowly approached her, but stopped and sat down a bit of a distance from her. "I'm sorry about earlier. I was worried and stressed, and wasn't thinking clearly. I realized that I should trust your judgement, and if you thought that telling the Clan and making Honeyfoot the deputy was the best choice, then I should've listened to you right then. And you were right about all of it." She sighed, bowing her head, ashamed. "I'm sorry."

She grumble, it wasn't like her to still be annoyed after a apology but she couldn't believe that Echostar said she didn't care about starclan, that was the main part of both of their roles, to talk with starclan. Violetblaze stood up pushing past Echostar and picking out a small black bird to eat.

Echostar sat there for a moment, feeling hurt. Apparently it wasn't fine. She wasn't sure how to make it better, so she decided to give Violetblaze some space. She didn't feel like eating, or leading that patrol anymore, so she just retired to her den and curled up in the back corner, sulking and upset.

Violetblaze finished her blackbird and sat, she did't feel like doing anything and her upsetness wore off rather quick, she stood up and picked out another blackbird instead of eating it she snuck into Echostars den and shuffled it over to her before quickly leaving..
