I really love the first and the third! But, like you said, the first is more earthy c: I'll always be partial to the third one, but that's just because I know what it's from!
don't worry about ely's dresses, she very much loves to show off and wear nice things 😂

Haha yeah I did get that last dress from The Three Musketeers.
If she were to wear something blue maybe this because the colour's beautiful, or if something golden maybe this but if red this.
Pfttt I'm confusing myself more and more just looking at these. And as for Ely, I think she would look really good in five, four or one? There're really prettyy

AA that second blue one is really pretty too djkfhasj
i dont have a character that can wear dresses but also i found some nice dresses too >B')
one , one again , one n two , two , two again
these ones are from 1789 Les Amants de la Bastille, so french in the timeperiod of ,,, georgian?? tho im not sure how well they actually fit that lAUGHS but theyre nice nonetheless,,
this one's cute too, tho a lil too *gestures airily* for my taste. from catherine the great i bee-leaf. she wears a lot of cute dresses tho,,
like this one, this blue one is pretty, wedding dress and again and again and again
a darker dress!!!
v pretty dresses yes they also fit kinda into the georgian time period? i believe it took place in the 1700s squints,, but in russia so shrug
ALSO PLEASE LOOK AT THIS DRESS!!!! it is green it is so cute
this is 1589 w kosem sultan but the dress style doesnt really fall into elizabethan? its more,,, victorian or renaissance i think
but heres a pretty blue one too, and another, and a red one but honestly theyre a bit less gestures once more so i dont prefer these costume designs but djfas theyre cute too
SAVE ME I CRY
im a big fan of the dress of madame de pompadour also
also i really like the first and the third too, although the red of the first is like bam and the white/cream of the third is more neutrally inclined i think? and like i mentioned before, the lighter colors are more pure whereas the red more whimsy? i really like the fifth one (or second on the second post u have dresses on) also sjdfk
edit: more
this pretty one and this one
gotta get that rococo and the back
and as unfond of rococo as i am bc i am not v fond of flower prints, i like this one heehee

I think, world, my mind just exploded.
The wedding dress is really really pretty! In case you don't know which I'm talking about which you probably don't because of the magnificent flood of dresses, it's the white one that you sent again and again and again. cx

oH MAN OH MAN I LOVE DRESSES FJKHJSKFHKJF
ALSO WEDDING DRESSES??? BEAUTIFUL?????
we should go back to these kinds of dresses dfsjhdsakj
theyre really nice dfjask weeps
this blue one is nice and i scream at this one and heres a victorian wedding dress again
supah fancy and this one is way more modern but late 90s aaa
this one is mid nineties so also way late but its green and cute and i like it
then there's this very pretty green dress from the 1400s in saint justina of padua and then there this darker dress from the late 16th century :'0 i do admit that the 16th century was kinda gaudy tho like dsjf dark colors that just ended a bit muddy i feel,, the 17th century kinda gets a bit better but not by much squints kinda
this painting's dress is v nice tho,, from maria theresa of france in the 17th century, and then there's this green for anne of austria, also 17th BUT YOU CANT SAY PORTRAIT OF A LADY ISNT NICE
also maria theresa wore good things ok v fancy and another portrait of a lady that has a nice black dress w red scheme yep, 17th century,,, the 17th century had a lot of things but eyy
and of course the ancien régime has flowers everywhere
like here, and here and here and this dress is pretty dont touch me
bELLE EPOQUEEEEE, this is really late too, though, around the 1900s, this one is the late 1800s actually, and the 1900s again,,, 1880 then 1870s!! but those are def all more modern woopsies,, but the first empire had nice dresses. they were a lot more simple and these are like 1800s, but still pretty! weee
can u guess what this is, bc its everyones fav 1800s victorian woop. in england, actually really late, with the 1800s. this one is blue, very decorative, very colorful, though they used patterns like the dang ancien régime did weep,,, that is, too much shine bright like a diamond and a lilac dress
if u thought u had enough flowers ur wrong, this is georgian times, if u dont got flowers, u got lace, if u dont got lace u have flowers,, this is pretty yellow and another pretty yellow tho i feel like theyre wanting gold but this isnt yellow but blue and its pretty simple and nice
anYWAYS THO YES DRESSES V NICE V PRETTY I LOVE DRESSES
and also will get to relationships soonish probably maybe if i stop looking at dresses u kno,,,,,

Oh jeez,,, I have not even begun to think of what celestia's gonna wear okay wow
literally hopeless when it comes to deciding on clothes!! Kinda thinking she'll roll up in some nice dress for the initial meeting of the Aurelian court and then ease back into her own casual (?) style as the rp progresses bc she's really not about that heavy, ornate dress life?? speaking to her character, keeping up with "acceptable" attire doesn't seem to make much sense yanno
If anyone wants to help me go dress shopping for cel,,, please be my guest lmao
edit: jk maybe this pink one is suitable idk I'm sO overwhelmed
Edit:edit: Actually I found something really tasteful that speaks to her character perfectly
