Jax rolled his eyes after Aimi's statement. He coughed before saying, "Ahem, my powers are sensing emotions, reading minds and a pretty good memory," he eyed Aimi after he spoke. "Anyways, my name is Jax Anderson.." Jax's voice trailed off while he looked at the features of Izuku. "Ye never been to this school before? Because you look real nervous." He bit his lip, not caring if he abruptly called out Izuku of his nervousness.

Adren sat in silence at the counter in his kitchen. He slowly munched on his peanut butter sandwich. After taking the last bite of it, he wiped the bread crumbs on his shirt while checking the time on his watch. Standing up, he shook off the messy crumbs off his shirt for it to land on the floor, Someone will clean that up.. Noticing how soon the orientation would be, Adren swiftly shifted to a raven. His fast and small body as a raven made Adren arrive quickly to Maeweather, also letting him slip through an open window in the auditorium. Transforming back, he glanced at the students inside. Not wanting to talk to anyone, he quietly went out of the auditorium, entering the school's library. I'll come back when the orientation begins, he thought.

The teacher rushed through the empty hallways to the auditorium. William heavily sighed as he arrived, Ah, jeez. The orientation is about to begin. Doing quick glances around, he spotted the gym teacher, Fin Wells. He creased the ends of his mouth and did a big grin. Waving, he shouted "Hey, Fin! When did you get here?" He walked over to the gym teacher and stood beside him.

Turning his head toward the direction of his name being called, he smiled as he saw William coming over. "Hey, William. I came here a while ago, I'm just waiting 'til the orientation begins," he said as William perched himself next to him. Folding his arms while laying back on the wall, he noticed how many students came, surprisingly. "I'd thought a lot of students would skip the orientation" Fin said, looking over the students.

Hawthorne's tiny smile widened just a bit more, a rare glimpse of genuine empathy showing in the usually stoic young man. " I completely understand, it's easy to get lost in your own thoughts." He nodded, giving a warm chuckle. The captain looked amused as Ash mentioned his sister Raven." Well, She sounds very powerful at least." He remarked. Hawthorne recognized the name Raven, though he didn't remember exactly where he had heard it. From what Ash had said, she must have been very powerful and very... spirited. Raven must have been very much like Hawthorne when he was younger. And he knew very well how difficult it had been to learn how to control his own power with his terrible temper. Hawthorne smiled and shook Ash's hand, impressed by the boy's firm grip and how he maintained eye contact with the slightly formidable captain. It took a lot to stare the captain in the eye like that and Hawthorne respected Ash for his moxie. " It's a pleasure to meet you, Ash" He said sincerely," And yes, I really do think that you'll be able to master your powers. I'm more than happy to help you out any way I can." Hawthorne smiled at him warmly, before checking his watch. It was almost time for the student orientation to start; the captain was not about be late for such an important event. " Well, it looks like it's time for orientation " He said, standing and brushing the dirt from his pants ( with a little help from his power). " Come on, I can show you to the auditorium if you'd like?" Hawthorne offered. Since he had taught at the school for a few years, he knew exactly where everything was

" Don't mention it" Amethyst said cheerfully. Honestly, she was more than happy to help out at the school wherever she could. As Amethyst looked around the courtyard, she saw that most of the students had already gone inside as well. The orientation was probably about to begin in just a little while. " Should we head inside?" She asked Yan, " It looks like almost everyone else is already headed there. Or do you think it would be best to wait a little while longer?"

Eden looked up as he noticed someone talking to him. Ruffling his wings happily, he looked over at Angelika with his friendliest smile and a wave in greeting. Briefly, he hoped that Angelika was going to offer him help, until she asked where the auditorium was. Biting his lip, he held up his hand and made a motion for her to wait. Eden didn't know if she knew any ASL, so he took his leather bound notebook and pen. " Sorry, I'm as lost as you" He wrote, offering a sheepish smile, " I was hoping that you knew where it was. Maybe we can find it together? Eden showed her the notebook before adding a few more lines to it, " Maybe we can find it together? My name's Eden, what's yours? He wrote, offering his hand for her to shake after she read what he had written.

Maeve entered the large auditorium while tidying the cuffs of her long-sleeved shirt. She looked up at tall, baroque windows and its long curtains that draped over them. Deciding to adjust the curtains, Maeve pulled them aside, allowing more light to filter through the windows. The extra rays of light shone over the room, giving the marbled walls a brighter gleam. Maeve briskly walked to the center stage, her steps resounding through the room, and reached out to the microphone that was conveniently placed in the center of the stage. While holding on to the microphone, Maeve patiently waited for the students and teachers to settle down before she introduced herself.

Eden... She flashes him a relieved look, then replaces it with a smile. Maybe he knows ASL? She decides to try it out, while still speaking, in case he doesn't. *"My name is Angelika. It wasn’t often that he came across someone who could use ASL fluently. Tucking his notebook under his arm, the empath signed back * Yes, I can sign a little. I can use ASL or write, whichever you are more comfortable with.* He bit his lip a bit as she mentioned speaking to her * Yes, I am mute. I lost my ability to speak a few years ago* Eden signed, giving a small, sheepish smile. His blue eyes sparkled amusedly as she talked about being lost together. * Sure, we can be lost together* He signed. Eden looked around, hoping to hear voices, but he didn’t hear anything at all in the empty halls. Shaking his head, he signed * I don’t hear anyone. Maybe we should start looking for a teacher or someone that knows where the auditorium is?*

Adren closed his book picked from the dusty shelves of Maeweather's library. He looked up to the clock as he sighed. Agh, the orientation.. Placing back his book, he turned around to face a round table next to the door leading to the hallway. Going out the door Adren shook his head, regretting coming to school. This orientation seems like a waste of time, Adren bitterly thought. Once he entered the auditorium, he could see the principal. As the principal waited, he quickly found a seat at the back and sat down.

Yein let out a heavy sigh, as she looked at the clock above her bed. She was late for school, she bit her lip nervously as she walked towards her closet. She jumped into an oversized black sweater and some ripped jeans she found laying somewhere, mischievously hidden in her room.Yein walked into the bathroom, taking heaves of steps to the sink to brush her teeth. She grabbed her lilac toothbrush, letting the bristles slide against her crystalic white shiny pearl-like teeth. Taking in a deep breath, she quickly brushed her hair, letting it straighten out slightly. She ran to get her black heaved bookbag in which was placed near her bed. She left the house in a hurry, not letting her Mother know that she had left.

Entering the school, she fiddled with her fingers, already shy at the thought that they had started the orientation. She chewed on her bottom lip nervously. Yein's eyes widened as she stared at the design. The portraits and art hung caught her eye immediately. She let out a soft smile, admiring the work and effort that had been put into the school. Her fingertips touched the lockers, slowly moving up and down. She took a glance at the clock that was near a classrom,9:30 the time read. She blushed embarrassed although nobody saw that she was late, maybe even the principal didn't realise either.
