definitely not fair.
i only see one mainlist, one advent, and one september list. that is NOT fair for the UR aussie. the mainlist is tier 2, and yours is tier 25. the advent, september, and added rares do not make up for that huge gap.

Valuing rare at 4 uncommons from the same year:
'18 rare = 4 '18 uncommons
'18 rare = 2 '17 uncommons
'18 rare = 1 '16 uncommon

Personally I value an uncommon from one year as a rare 2 years younger
Eg 2016 uncommon = 2018 rare
