Art scammed? What to do?

So I got art scammed by an user who commissioned me pieces and then ignored me when I asked to be paid.
I’m sure user read my messages and ignored them.
Is there something admins can do for this? It happened all on cs and not off site...
I really feel like I wasted my real life time for this...

go onto their userpage and click report user, then fill out a report form for the mods :3
