GONE 1x1 with Light Bringer

[Piera]

"Why would I do that? I already know you've killed people and pets, you torture and beat people, I'm highly doubtful that there's any in your past that would change my opinion of you if none of that has."

[Light Bringer]

"I don't know. Probably because everyone else did. Everyone! They've seen barely half the things I've done before leaving. Either giving up or running scared. I can't help it that I have these expectations of people."

[Piera]

"You should expect better of me. You gotta try pretty damn hard to get rid of me."

[Light Bringer]

Drake chuckled a little bit and looked down at the floor. "I guess you've got a point."

[Piera]

Duck sighed. "I understand why you were worried Drakey" Duck grabbed Drake's chin and tilting his head up a little so that they were looking eye to eye. "I want you to know that there's nothing you could do that would make me care or think less of you."

[Light Bringer]

"Thank you." Drake said, quietly. "You have no idea how much that means to me." His usual icy glare becomes much warmer and the corners of his mouth turn up ever so slightly in a gentle smile.

[Piera]

"You don't know how much you mean to me." Duck said before pulling Drake into a hug. "You're stuck with me, forever and ever and ever." Duck whispered in Drakes' ear, a big grin on his face.

[Light Bringer]

Drake grinned ad he hugged Duck back. "I wouldn't want it any other way." He whispered back softly, lips almost brushing against Duck's ear.

[Piera]

A shiver went up Ducks spine. "Oh Drakey, I'm...I'm glad you feel the same way."

[Light Bringer]

Drake smiled, kissing Duck on the cheek. "You knew I felt the same way."
