the horse's leg with concern. "Don't wanna push him
too hard or he won't recover. I know Alex can give
you a horse to race with if you need one." Oliver didn't
want to injure Beau. He was a handsome horse and
had lots of potential. Plus, Oliver didn't like seeing
animals who are loved be hurt.

Aspen forced a smile looking at Oliver shaking her head "No I think Beau should fine just as long as I don't push him he should be alright" She patted Beau's neck them gave him a kiss "I know when I should stop him.. He usually let's me know." Aspen got Beau lined up to race waiting for Oliver to start the timer. "I'm ready whenever you are Oliver."

KJ sat on his horse, Jupiter, and carefully watched over everyone as they were instructed to get into pairs. After a few minutes, he asked, "Is everyone ready?" indicating that everyone should start getting themselves refocused. "Now, don't push your horses too hard, this isn't a serious race or competition." KJ moved Jupiter over to the fence, and he leaned over, picking up a box of stopwatches that were balanced on top of the fence. He then started to go around to each of the campers, asking who was going to be timing first, and giving out a stopwatch to that person. Figuring that not everyone had partnered up, he asked, "Who doesn't have a partner?" KJ figured that it would be the easiest way to get anyone who hadn't already partnered up someone to go with.

Mike sat outside the riding area, watching his fellow campers go about their day. The young man hadn’t been very involved in camp activities, much to the dismay camp councilors. He hadn’t even wanted to attend summer camp; it had been his mother’s idea, so he reluctantly agreed. Mike knew camp was just a way for her to keep him put of trouble until school started back. He crossed his arms, eyes scanning over the group of campers with disinterest.

Marie couldn't find a parter, so she figured she'd introduce herself to some campers nearby. She steered Everest towards the stables "I'm going to go walk around camp KJ!" After Everest was back in the stable she walked around the ring, looking down at her camp map. As she read the map she accidentaly walked into someone. "Oh, um...I'm sorry." She said with a laugh before looking up at the man.

Mike snapped out of his thoughts, looking down at the girl with a raised eyebrow. “It’s fine, Freckles.” He drawled, his voice containing a slight southern accent. The girl was quite pretty, he had to admit. Mike slipped his hands into his jean pockets, leaning his back against the tree. “I don’t believe we’ve met yet. The name’s Michael, but you can call me Mike. Everyone does.”

She thought for a minute after he introduced himself "what do you prefer to be called?" She asked curiously as she retrieved her hand and placed in on her warmbloods neck. "This fella has only been undersaddle for about 50-60 days now so I might just hang with you?" it was more of a question that needed his approval than actually saying what she was going to do. As she had said before, Ryker had only been worked for the past two months and although he was coming along nicely there was no way he would be ready to be around so many horses.
