It's fair. The cake dog is worth 6 mid advents, and the santa cat is a mid advent.
The blue rose is worth 7 mid advents.

Im very unsure about this demand wise. I know both pets go for overpay, and I love both of the pets. Would you personally take this?

I personally would take it. The green malk dragon can fetch a low advent with its demand.
Warrior cats usually only go for 1-2 '09 rares with their demand.
