I’d say the first one isn’t fair on your side. Malks tend to have higher demand then regular rares. For the second one, I would personally keep my warrior as the horses are hard to trade off.
This is just my opinion though, I’d get a second answer.

I personally accept but the Dog tag is hard to trade off, because your side adds up to 2 nons ( In my opinion) but it depends how you value them but overall unfair to them

it's unfair to them slightly, as the 2015 store pet alone is worth 30-35 c$. i personally would take it; store pets have good demand, and c$ can be difficult to work with.

2018 store pet = late 2010 rare = 2 2011 rares = 4 2012 rares = 8 2013 rares etc
Using math like that you'll have to pay an unrealistic amount of recent rares (over 100 2017 rares) though so it's just up to you and your partner on how many they'd be happy accepting

The C$ = about a rainbow mane
Plus everything else their side is worth less than a nonballoon

The peas have no set value/worth so it's up to you on how you value them, but I personally wouldn't value them that low.
