My opinions:

the 2 2010 rares covers the 09 zebra. the rare rat would be over for them. In pure date id say they are overpaying however dogs in general tend to be higher demand so since i don't know the demand of zebras id say you are overpaying in demand. Because demand has no set value and is User-Based, its up to you if you would like to accept. Please get second opinions and good luck!

I could help calculate the value later today, but if you would prefer a faster response, I usually use the CS item guide to ballpark the most valuable items offered, and see how much the bulk of the trade is worth.
The GWJ is worth 2 sorbs + ur apple, but goes for 1-2 sorbs with demand. 1 sorb = 498-672 09 rares. It will definitely be underpay on your side from the looks of it, but bulk is typically valued quite a bit.
