Oh, this is how it starts,
Lightning strikes the heart,
It goes off like a gun,
Brighter than the sun.
Oh, we could be the stars,
Falling from the sky,
Shining how we want,
Brighter than the sun.

I'm taking a leave off RPs, probably for the next month or so. I'll still be on CS adopting pets and whatnot, but my creativity is drained for some reason and I don't want to give you bad posts, especially since they're all going so well. Sorry for this slight inconvenience, but its for all our benefits.

I got so bored with that one. haha. i had to read it in school and that was before i was into reading so... maybe i'd like it now.

-mythical creatures
-romance
-kids in high/middle school (that age for the main character...)

A good one to read is the dragon keeper series. First one is dragonspell. very good has all those except winged humans.

How many of the above symptoms you regularly experience
You get so caught up in whatever book you happen to be reading that you a) laugh, b) cry, c) scream at the book, and/or d) throw the book at the wall because you hate how it ended.
You read so late into the night that you lose track of time, and end up staying up till like three AM.
You've read a book cover to cover in one sitting.
You've fallen in love with a fictional character.

WOOH! NEW MEMBER! :D I love your avatar and siggy! your reading tastes seem a lot similar to mine... I've read almost all the books on your list. :3 Peter and the Shadowthieves is part of a series, right? and the first one is called Peter and the Starcatchers? I have that book but I haven't read it yet. I have a whole bunch o' books right now on my waiting list!!! I'm currently re-reading the Hunger Games... *fanatic*

Yankees, I would recommend these fantasy books: (you've probably read a few of them already)
Percy Jackson
Harry Potter
Eragon
The Hero and the Crown (this is a really good one. :3)
H.I.V.E: The Higher Institute of Villainous Education (this one isn't really fantasy at all, but it's a really good book nonetheless.)
uh... *spazzes out from not having read a lot of fantasy lately*

Zarya, I love the dancing zelda people in your siggy :P

What's is about, just wondering? A brief description, possibly? And would it suit the mind of a fantasy-obsessed 8th grader?

it's about a girl named.. uh.. *DOH* I forgot her name, but she's the daughter of the king. She's thought to be the daughter of a witch-woman who enspelled the king into falling in love with her, but then died of grief when she found out she'd born a girl instead of a boy. She is hated by most of the kingdom, in which is a dragon issue: huge, green, wingless things that lay flames to villages and houses. She discovers in an old book the recipe for a fireproof salve ointment thingy, and becomes an accomplished dragon hunter and goes off on this expedition to kill an enormous (we're talking house-sized, here) legendary dragon. and then she goes off to kill her uncle, and a bunch of dream-like stuff happens, and it's really good. XD

And yes, it would definitely satisfy a fantasy-loving reader! (I'm in eighth grade too, btw :P)
