Is this a fair trade?

The other side is overpaying especially with the store pets. The '16 store pets are worth an early '10 rare each, and the griffon is worth a mid '10 rare.
Their side is worth a bit more than 2 '09 rares + a '10 rare. Your side is not equal to that, so it's unfair to the store pet side.

If the 2016 store pets are worth an early '10 rare each, and the griffin a late '10 rare, then their side is worth 1 '09 rare + '10 rare, not 2 '09 rares. But yes, it is unfair to the store pet side.

Looking for a quick opinion on this
I don't know anything about the UR Malk's Demand or what it goes for other than the list, which would make it 100% Unfair to me by about a Green Toxic. ^^;

The UR malk can fetch up to a non with its demand, so it's overpay for the UR holly as the holly is only worth 2 sorbets + a green toxic.
(Rarity wise, the UR holly is overpaying.)

on the list your pet is only an advent list, their pet is higher worth than your pet look on the rares list guide located here

It's severely unfair to them. The balloon dog is worth 21 mid advents, and your side is worth only one mid advent.
