warrior cats usally go for a 2010 rare and rarely an 09. id personally accept since I'm pretty sure the cat is an 09 re-release and so that alone would be alright. ( I'm trynna say they are overpaying) Please get second opinions as this is just my own! Good luck!

Even with the rat's poor demand, I'd say it's unfair to the other side.
You only have a tier 1 advent + the equivalent of 2 '09 rares on your side. Valuing your advent at 4 '09 rares, you have the worth of one mid advent on your side.
Their rat is worth 5 mid advents.

Just glancing over the trade, their side isn't worth more than a Mid September List at best. Your Peach is under the Nons on the Main List, so it's worth much more than this.

By rarity I would say it’s fair. The other pets add up to 2 ‘09 uncommons which should cover the date gap between the two ‘09 rares. Adding one more ‘09 uncommon would be fair too, in my opinion. Demand is up to you.

However you are not forced to trade a pet even if a trade is fair, so it's up to you ^^
