i’m not the best with item trades but i’m pretty sure all those items are items from the cs 10th birthday so i don’t believe they are worth 2 store pets but i would definitely get a second opinion since there are others who probably know more

you're right!
these were a free adopt that ran for at least a week, so they're definitely not worth even one store pet. as a full set you could consider the items a 2018 rare, maybe? i personally value them much less as they were a free adopt, but it's up to you.
either way the full set is nowhere near the worth of 2 2018 store pets, which are worth a late 2010 rare each.

I don't know the value of these items, can someone tell me if this is fair or not?

I am not great with item demand and such from what I have seen though is most of those older items go for like one rare (depending on demand). Those items are from 2009 Valentine's Day and I am unsure if they have a high demand like the cake set. So I think you are overpaying, but don't base accepting or declining off of just my response. If I am wrong please correct me.

The third (last) bid has the best value.
The first bid is a bit over the value of one and a half '09 rares, the second bid is a bit over two '09 rares in value, and the third bid has a value of three '09 rares.
