Fair?

I would say unfair to you strictly rarity wise. The lime ice rat is worth about 5-6 mid-advents (i believe) and their side has 3 mid advents and a high advent

I'm not sure about the last one but I know the first and second are unfair to you. A non is worth 1400 cs$ I believe and I know for the first trade that the other pets added to their side does not fox the gap between the non and the GWJ.

Going strictly rarity wise,
the first trade is unfair to them by about 13 mid-advents or about a skeleton pps tiered pet
the second trade is I think unfair to you, but the quantity's so big I'm having trouble figuring out the value so I would get a second opinion on the second trade
