On the ur lion trade, it's completely up to you where you value the eat me and what kind of trade down you want. I personally would take that trade mostly because in my experience, i've had no problem trading off the ur lions I've gotten

the rare trade, it all depends on where you value the aussie dog. I'd personally say that's fair demand wise, but people have differing opinions
