Ok, after scaning the warriors website, I found this: http://www.warriorcats.com/warriorshell.html Click on FAQ. I've read though it again and again, and no where does it say warriors is based off of wiccan theology. Trust me, if they are crazy enough to write about cats, they are crazy enough to say something to that affect. And they didn't. ((Looks at (warrior hate) link.))

They are both very interested in ancient forms of worship, such as astrology and stone circles, and use their knowledge to give depth and richness to the cats' own mythology

Two words. Egyptian worship. People are very interested in that. Also, in the past, people made amazing things to worship their god. They built temples, alters, and other things. Should we not be interested in the past?

In the bible, visions where often given to the apostle and prophets of old, and are still being given to day. http://lds.org/?lang=eng . I know this. In the books it is used as a way to praise God, with out actually being churchy. What the heck is Harry Potter doing there? It's fantasy. Now we can't pretend to have magic? Jacked up man. Starclan is heaven. You have to be worthy to go there and to receive the blessings that come with being worthy. So far, this makes Warrior's seem Christan! Then the link rags on having a relationship with God. We don't call Him Heavenly Father because it sounds cool, we call Him that because He is our Father in Heaven. About the Moonstone and what not, and Stonehenge, they used stone to last the ages, the Jews made temples. The article gets repetitive. You need faith to be able to do the things God has asked us to do. When in the wilderness the fiery serpents bit the Israelites, they would only be healed by looking upon the bronze serpent. Many died because the wouldn't look. So you see, Warriors is more Christan basted, than Wiccan.

Don't you remember the Bible stories of how much trouble the Israelites got into by trying to be like the Egyptians (like the issue with the Golden Calf)? Plus, the Egyptians were IDOL worshipers. Idolatry is listed as a sin in the Ten Commandments. Just because you're worshiping, doesn't mean you're pleasing God. Why are you basing your religious beliefs on what other people do? Those other people are either archaeologists or Egyptologists, and Egyptologists worship Egyptian gods.

Phil. 4:8 "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." If witchcraft is a sin, and Harry Potter is a witch, then who cares if it's fantasy? God says "no". If you don't like it, whatever, but don't try to justify it.

Heaven doesn't make God holy. God makes Heaven holy. StarClan is a collection of dead souls, not God. And, last time I checked, worshiping anything but God is idolatry.

Do you remember what happened when people made "amazing things" to worship God with when God didn't ask them to?

I'm not saying you can't do what you want. Read the books if you want to. Just, don't make flimsy excuses for it. Never make excuses for anything you do. Tell it how it is. Please don't think I'm trying to be rude, I just want to make sure that your reasons for continuing to read the books are sound. If they aren't, you've got some thinking to do . . .
