really anxious !!! my brother's orchestra award night is tonight and my friends are gonna be there. I feel so sick with anxiety rn, though, and I don't want to go anymore,,,,,but I promised people that I'd be there and I missed all of their recent concerts so I have to go.

I just can't keep up like this.
I don't talk,
much.
It's not that I don't want to,I REALLY want TRY to talk to strangers but everytime I try to say something,
they never hear it.
why am I so quiet?
How can people shout so loud and not even be worried that people look at them weird?
How can all my friends just go up to a random person (maybe even their crush!) and...talk?
I envy them so much
