He was walking into the room and saw Kayla sitting on her bed in dispare, he walked over and sat down next to her, he pulled out a knife that had a carving of his name on it and left it on her bed. He added "It was my last one".

"I don't need your hand me downs. This one is fine." she told him and pulled the knife out of her uniform, twirling it around her fingers and standing up.

He grabbed the knife from her hand and sat her back down, throwing the knife just passed her.

"Hey that's mine!" she whined, going back and picking up her knife, she stormed the other direction, and decided to train all night.

For 4 hours, he was watching her, she was doing well and got progressively better at thowing knifes, he came up to her and started to throw knifes beside her, all the other people came in and started a challenge, them 2 against all the rest. Phoenix asked Kayla if she would like to do it.

"I don't even like you. Why would I do a challenge with you? And why are you watching me? Why do you care so much?" she started to question him, staring at his green eyes, gripping the knifes in her hand.

He replied " Does it really matter, that was the past and it's not like I did anything bad to you in the first place." He said looking into her brown eyes as they glisted.

"The past was 10 hours ago, I don't know how many times I have to make it clear to you I don't like people, but you always appear!" she exclaimed madly, throwing all the knifes at the ground.

"This floor was a lot of money so don't do that or those knifes will be coming at you" he said and walked off muttering "Stupid idiotic girl"

She called over to him "You're meant to be the friendly welcomer by the way!" and walked into the transfers room, eventually falling asleep on her bed.
